4 Pines Brewing Co, Pale Ale

Nice toffee tones an rich flavour from Manly New South Wales. It does not maintain the head in the glass like some other pales I have tried but quite an enjoyable beer, welcome to the pallet and mild tiffin was on the nose. Lighter on the fizz helps with the drinking, pleasent hop combination an nice dark look. Score 8.5 out of 10.

Stone & Wood: Pacific Pale

This is a fruity pale ale that appeals ultimate the pallet like a fine wine. It has a hoppy nose that is both inviting and smooth and seems to me to have the tones of an amber ale but it is light on the head but proves that variety can be found in taste without being too strong. This beer comes from Byron Bay in New South Wales and is one that I like to swirl in the glass, soak up the flavour and enjoy that aromour which is simply heavenly. Available quite readily in major outlets and scores 9.6 out of 10 due to an attractive price point and regularly seen in my fridge.

Mornington Pale

The Mornington area of Victoria is fast carving out a name for itself as a brewer of fine beer. This ale is no exception, it is a rich and cloudy gold which boasts the fine combination of American hops and wheat malts. This is very rewarding as the combination leaves a fruity aroma and wow what a flavour! Surprisingly light on the finish and I dare you to stop at one. This brewer will most definitely get further attention! Scores 9.9 out of 10.
